Who qualifies for the offer?
You'll receive this offer if you are a HSBC UK Bank plc Mortgage customer taking out a new qualifying HSBC mortgage and your mortgage application is completed and the mortgage funds drawn down.
How do I choose my gift?
Simply go to the 'Choose your gift' tab, enter your unique code and policy number, choose your gift and confirm your choice by clicking 'submit'. Your unique code can be found on your How to Claim letter.
Please note you will need to choose a gift within 15 days of receiving your Choice email or letter, at which point your login details will automatically expire. The expiry date will also be confirmed in the email sent to you.
Can I choose my gift without internet access?
If you do not have internet access, please call the The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 721 quoting your unique code and policy number and a member of the team will be happy to help you. The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm excluding public and bank holidays. Call charges may vary and calls may be recorded and monitored.

How and when will I receive my gift?
Once your mortgage application is completed and mortgage funds are drawn down, you will receive another email or letter to inform you that you qualify for the offer and when you can expect your gift to arrive. Gifts will be sent by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) who has been appointed by HSBC to manage this offer.
Once I have chosen my gift, can I change it?
No, once you have chosen your gift we will not be able to change this for you. Please make sure you read all the information available to you before selecting your gift.
